Police: Arlington Heights Man Grabs Gun, Chases Man After Fight Over Bike Damage

The male victim had come to the Arlington Heights man requesting compensation for a damaged bike, according to the Daily Herald.

A 47-year-old Arlington Heights man was arrested last weekend outside his home after police said he grabbed a rifle and chased down a male victim who had come to him requesting compensation for his damaged bike, according to the Daily Herald. 

Brian Hilton, 47, of the 900 block of East Oakton, now faces aggravated assault, possession of a firearm and criminal damage to property charges and is next expected in court on April 28, according to the article.
