Man Swerves Car at Arlington Heights Christian Academy Student at Protest
The 15-year-old girl was one of 10 who was protesting abortion as part of a program through Christian Liberty Academy in Arlington Heights, according to the Daily Herald.
A Naperville man is accused of swerving his vehicle at a female protester from Christian Liberty Academy, 502 W. Euclid Avenue, in February near the Planned Parenthood in Aurora. Michael Fabian, 25, is charged with misdemeanor aggravated assault in the case, according to the Daily Herald.
The girl was one of 10 demonstrating as part of a program through the Christian academy in Arlington Heights. She was handing out anti-abortion pamphlets along the road in front of Aurora's Planned Parenthood when the vehicle swerved "'five to 10 feet' in her direction," according to the Daily Herald.
