Arlington Heights Farmers' Market This Saturday

Stop by the Arlington Heights Farmers' Market on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the commuter parking lot behind the public library.

Now in its 14th year, the Arlington Heights Farmers is held on Saturdays and will run through October.

Vendor offerings will include fresh produce, plants, vegetables, breads, pastries, herbs, flowers, cheese, pastas, sauces, jellies and honey. A vendor that provides knife sharpening services also will be at the market.

Founder and manager of the market, Claudia Starck, said each event will bring something different, because the most seasonal fruits and vegetables continually change and evolve-so each Farmers' Market is a new adventure.

The Farmers' Market runs from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. through Saturday, October 19 in the commuter parking lot located at Vail Avenue and Fremont Street, behind the Arlington Heights Memorial Library and across from the Arlington Heights Historical Society.
