The meeting, hosted by the Arlington Economic Alliance, will be held at Metropolis Ballroom, 6 S. Arlington Downs is a $250 million mixed-use development on approximately 25 acres of land at Rohlwing Road and Euclid Avenue.

The development, located near Arlington International Racecourse, includes converting the former Sheraton Hotel into 214 luxury rental apartments with over 20,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor; construction of a new hotel with up to 300 rooms and two towers; the re-opening of the water park; construction of 79,000 square feet of additional commercial space and the construction of two new residential rental towers.
