Village Board Approves Zoning Changes

The village board approved the changes for the Hickory Kensington area of Arlington Heights, according to the Daily Herald.

The Arlington Heights Village Board Monday approved zoning changes that would allow for residential and commercial uses when redeveloping the Hickory Kensington area of town, according to the Daily Herald.

The changes are not expected to take affect for years for the area, which is “bounded by Northwest Highway, Dryden Avenue, Miner Street and Belmont Avenue,” according to the paper.
