Arlington Heights Police: Jewelry Valued at $20,000 to $30,000 Stolen

The following information was provided by the Arlington Heights Police Department.

Jewelry Stolen

Arlington Heights Police said that $20,000 to $30,000 in jewelry was taken from a home in the 2000 block of Charter Point Drive.

A box containing 75 to 80 pieces of jewelry was removed. The box was kept in an upstairs bedroom. Police said that several people contracted to work at the home had access to the area. Police believe the box was taken sometime between July 28 and Aug. 2.

Bicycle Stolen

A 21 inch boy's blue and silver Hyper Main Stream mountain bike, valued at $50 was taken from a residence in the 1200 block of N. Dunton Avenue. The incident happened on on Aug. 14.
