This Could Be Your Year...

It's not too late to begin classes at Robert Morris University. The fall quarter starts September 24.

There is an old Peanuts cartoon in which Lucy is exclaiming to Charlie Brown, "This is my year! It's going to be all mine! This is my year!"

Lucy has the right idea.  She's got attitude, enthusiasm and the determination to start her year off with a fresh start and accomplish her goals.

Remember how the end of summer during grammar school meant shopping for school supplies, a new backpack, and maybe some new clothes?  While it was hard to see the warm weather, sleeping late and all the fun summer activities end, there was also a little bit of anticipation as to what the new school year would bring. You can still approach September with the expectation of a new beginning.

As in years past, Robert Morris University looks upon the last couple weeks of August and first week of September as the "It's Not Too Late!" time of year.  It's not too late to consider an advanced degree, a new direction or an opportunity to improve your educational resume as you advance in your career.  Really, it's not too late. Want to get a fresh start on college with a new degree?  Have an associate degree and want to complete a bachelor's?  Or is a master's degree something you've always hoped to achieve? The fall quarter begins September 24. By this time next year, you could be well on your way to accomplishing those goals.

So, check out the RMU website which, by the way, has a new look:  www.robertmorris.edu.  Or call 847-718-6700 and speak with an admissions counselor today.  There are program grants available for residents of Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling and Prospect Heights who attend classes at the Arlington Heights campus, 2123 S. Goebbert Rd.

Explore some of the new programs, check out the graduate school offerings, and think about Lucy's approach.  This could be YOUR year!
