In brief, I’m a preschool teacher, parent and member of society. I’m also the creator, founder and President of Characters of Character. We are a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization whose mission is to teach children strong civic values. This is accomplished with the use of our award winning characters! Meet one of them in our current project, Manners Monkey.
I hope you’ll share our project and what our organization does. It is evident in the papers, radio, television, media and in conversations that our children are in much need of positive role models to give them a firm foundation to build upon.
Our characters, Behavior Bear, Do’er Duck, Friendship Frog, Healthy Hippo, Manners Monkey, Respectful Rabbit, Responsible Rabbit, Self-Esteem Elephant and Warm-Hearted Walrus do just that while teaching social, emotional,
communication and fine motor skills to our children. I do hope you’ll visit our
