Wheeling High School's Jazz Band 1 to perform at Durty Nellies

On Sunday, November 10th, Wheeling's Jazz Band 1 will play a gig at Durty Nellies, 180 N. Smith Street in Palatine from 6:00 to 6:30 pm, joined by the Jazz Consortium at 6:30 pm. There's a $10 cover charge after 6:30 pm. Wheeling High School's Jazz Band 1 has recently accepted an invitation to perform at the 2014 Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.  They're also performing at the prestigious Midwest Clinic held at the McCormick Place in Chicago this December.
