Hosts Seminar on Foot Problems

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (July 16, 2014) – Northwest
Community Healthcare (NCH) is hosting a seminar on common foot problems for
senior citizens.

“Healthy Feet are Happy Feet” is scheduled from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on
Tuesday, July 29, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. The
seminar will be held in the NCH Learning Center Classroom 7 and 8 in the lower
level of the Busse Center for Specialty Medicine. Refreshments will be served.

Neal Shukla, DPM, a podiatrist with the NCH Medical Group,
will discuss simple solutions to treat common foot problems and when the time
is right to see a healthcare professional. Dr. Shukla will discuss toenail
issues, corns, calluses, arthritis, skin care, proper footwear and exercise.
