Community Update

I brought a new trench coat to be cleaned. I picked it up with foil on the buckles. The buckles are ruined. the leather came off from
the edges. it looks awful. They told me that's how I brought it in. I told them that their process ruined it. The owner called me a "liar". I've never submitted a bad review in my life. I'm still shaking from how mean and awful they treated me.
