Arlington Heights Bans E-Cigarettes for Minors

The Arlington Heights village board on Monday approved a change to its municipal code that now bans electronic cigarettes to minors, according to the Daily Herald. 

Arlington Heights police can now cite an offender who would then be prosecuted at the village level for possessing or selling the tobacco devices, according to the article.
