The hazardous weather outlook was issued for Will, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, McHenry, Cook, Lake and DeKalb counties.

Residents should expect periods of snow between late Saturday night and early Monday morning, bringing several inches of accumulation. The heaviest snowfall is expected to be south of I-80.

Two to four inches of new snow accumulation is expected for Naperville, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Geneva, Hinsdale, Glen Ellyn and communities throughout the western suburbs Saturday night. Less snow is expected to the north with only one to three inches predicted for Crystal Lake and Grayslake on Saturday night.
