The Walgreens Chicago International Dragon Boat Festival Presented by PepsiCo returns to Lake Arlington on Saturday, July 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event brings culture, sport and international flavors to Lake Arlington and blends a 2,500-year-old tradition with the fun and excitement of an outdoor festival.
Lake Arlington is at the forefront of a dragon boat movement in the Midwest. Dragon boating is rapidly rising in popularity. Teams from as far away as Florida and Canada will join participants from the Midwest to compete.
Spectators can enjoy multicultural performances throughout the day, and families can bring their children for games and activities at the Kids Zone. Arlington Park is located at 2201 N. Windsor Dr. in Arlington Heights.
