Several Guns Stolen in Arlington Heights Burglary

Five handguns were among the items stolen during a residential burglary in the 200 block of N. Lincoln in Arlington Heights, police said.

 

Several guns were stolen from a home in the 200 block of N. Lincoln Lane during a residential burglary Saturday, Dec. 23.

According to the Arlington Heights Police Department, the unknown offender or offenders forced open a first floor bedroom window and entered the house while the homeowner was out walking their dog.

Five handguns were stolen from the basement of the home and a 55-inch Sony television was taken from the living room during the residential burglary, police said. 

The home was burglarized between 7:15 p.m. an 8:45 p.m. Dec. 23, while the resident was walking their dog around the neighborhood.

All the more reason to have gun restrictions! Irresponsible gun ownership!! Gee I wonder why the bad guys can get guns?? There should be laws that prosecute any gun owners who have guns stolen or used in a shooting.

Chris you disgusting fool. People like you are so sick in the head, that you believe VICTIMS should be Prosecuted. Its never the person who actually commits the crimes fault. Its always blamed on innocent people or objects. Fool fool fool.

It sounds like the burglar knew there were guns there. Why weren't they locked?
